Rovers’ has been proving ourselves as a club with our award-winning youth academy, top-performing youth club, and now we are looking to pioneer the launch of League1 BC with our U23 Men’s and Women’s teams. Our mission is to teach the pursuit of excellence through sport and our vision as an organization is to foster a long-term passion for the game of soccer by helping produce technical excellence and game intelligence in our players.

Over the last 10 years, more than 90% of grade 12 girls’ players at TSS Rovers have gone on to play university-level soccer. That is one example of how we measure success. We focus on player development through the following academies and leagues. We are now inviting our supporters to join us by investing in our League1 BC operations through Rovers Football Club Ltd. to become co-owners on this journey of maturing Canada’s soccer culture and improving player development.

At heart, the club is a romantic project. Colin Elmes & Will Cromack want to see Canada make a return to the World Cup – which the country has only qualified for once in its history, back in 1986 – and they believe their club could play a role in developing players to achieve that goal.
